I joined one of the message boards at BB, oops MDB :/, and like (Pink) some subs were suggested, like Tone or Tear It Up in place of Mix It Up. I might be being to soft on myself - LOL - I'm just worried that I might overtrain. FYI - the Slim Series tapes are a lot like Jari Love in the case of high reps, but Debbie Siebers uses lower weights and highly recommends one or two recovery weeks between rotations. Debbie also makes recovery vids for all of the sets which I really appreciate. As for my graphs, credit goes to , I took one of her rotation graphs and went hog wild.
