Hi,

This morning I did Kick Max. I didn't do the boot camp blasts which made me like the workout a lot better lol

After the leg conditioning drills I worked my calves. I did 2 sets just on the floor, 2 sets with 20 lb dumb bells, and 2 sets on the high step topper. Got a great burn.

I wore my weighted gloves so it did make the workout harder, but this one is far easier than Cathe's Kick, Punch, & Crunch workout. I still burned 423 so I'm happy.
