Guest guest
Do you need a prescription for Melatonin? No, but you can get it on prescription. If not where does one get it? We get it at www.agestop.co.uk but it gets shipped from the US. I don’t know how hard it is to find there once you get there. I know some people say to trial it first as it can have opposite effect to sleepiness but just want to be prepared..... I think it just regulates sleep so if you’re not getting enough it will help you sleep more and if you sleep too much it will help you sleep less. We really like it in this house. Good luck with it. Guest guest
--- It is easy enough to buy online, without a prescription, and inexpensive. I got mine from www. agestop . co. uk (without the spaces). I dont know whether thats the best place though, I havent tried anywhere else. For me it is easier to buy it online than having to queue up for an hour to get it from the hospital pharmacy x

Guest guest
Hi all Could you please let me know your experience (postive and negative) with this? It has been prescribed to my 3.5 year old daughter (3mg daily) but I am a bit nervous about giving her a hormone. Thanks in advance Rabab Think you know your TV, music and film? Try Search Charades! Guest guest
It helped with Tom sleep for a while and then stopped being useful. After a long break, it works again for a while. Now I save it for days when he really needs to get to sleep on time like at a friend’s house. Definitely nothing bad other than that. it helps me to sleep and DH. DH says it makes him feel great the next day too. Guest guest
Hi I have been giving it to Charlie for about 2 years and it works well - it means he goes to sleep about 8ish if I give it at 6.30pm instead of 11pm. It also is an anti inflammatory so I think it's a good idea to give. Make sure you get the one without additives - the pharmacy in our hospital has more than one make.
