Guest guest Posted August 9, 2008 Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 Well, I am trying to get into the habit of updating my groups with my exercise routines again. Even though I am busy, I am working on getting back into the swing of things with my workouts. I had been doing many 20 minute workouts on Comcast on demand as well as a lot of shorter DVD workouts just to get something in, but honestly, I missed my longer workouts. So did my body which has definitely lost some strength and tone over the past year. Friday I did Yoga Booty Ballet Sculpt along with the first core routine from the Core workouts section of the Sculpt DVD. I was really sore when I got up this morning from all of the yoga moves so I was happy with that. Today I did YBB Advanced workout which consists of cardio dance, sculpting ballet and Hatha yoga for one hour. Again, I am feeling the work as these workouts tend to get into areas my pure cardio and strength workouts neglect. Tomorrow I am planning on completing my YBB weekend with YBB Basic workout along with the other two core workouts from the Sculpt DVD. Well, back to cleaning!
