Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I did Method Target Specifics Plus just now. I didn't feel up to a morning workout - I'm fighting off a cold (which, fortunately, hasn't really taken a hold of me - just sort of vague on and off symptoms). Anyway, this is one that I have had in my collection for awhile, just didn't do it very often. It is divided into 4 15 minute segments for legs, arms, butt and abs. It is a "fusion" type workout in that it blends moves from Pilates, Dance, and Yoga. I actually enjoyed it so I'll have to pull it out again. I think the lead is Young who I haven't seen in anything else. There are two backgrounders with her - one shows more modified versions of the exercises. No weights are used but a towel is used for some of the arm and ab exercises (I used a band, just doubled over to make it shorter) I feel that i worked my legs and core pretty well. Arms a tiny bit. Not sure what is up for tomorrow. This week I have taken it down a notch b/c of not feeling 100%, and I noticed that my back feels looser. I wonder if I shouldn't try to take it easy again next week to see if I can break through this "plateau" with my back. My chiro says I'm still hard to adjust, though. Oh well, I guess I'll see how I'm feeling next week. I have quite a bit to do, but now I'm down to only having an hour before I have to go pick up DD. I need to get my winter clothes out of storage (I know, I'm way late on doing that!) but I just haven't felt like it. I think I may just take the next hour and rest up - hopefully I can get the closet thing sorted out this weekend!Take care!Donna
