I have a treadmill, a weight bench, the simple kind with the leg

attachment on it, and dumbells. I need some other things to do. Im

getting stuck in the same routine each day. Any ideas on what to add

to spice it up. Also how can i do the shoulder pull downs? I really

like this workout but cant get to a gym to do them. HELP!!!!!!

Even though my fellow members probably want to bang their heads against

a wall every time they hear me say it. . . watch Craigslist. You will

find some good fitness equipment on there for cheap if you keep your

eyes open. You might find a squat rack, a Spinning bike, a pulldown

tower, or something else cool for cheap. In the mean time, instead of

pulldowns you could invest in a pullup bar and get pullup assistance

from either a heavy resistance band, putting your feet on something, or

having a roommate or spouse help you.

Hey ,

You can get some resistance bands and attach them to the top of a door

and pull them down. That will work your lats. You can do some cuban

presses or arnold presses for your shoulders. I go to

www.bodybuilding.com to get a variety of exercise ideas. Here's the

link to the page you need

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

I hope this helps.
