I've just been so nuts with school starting this week, that I'm just glad I worked out. LOL Anyway, here is what I did: Saturday 8/16 (had an asthma attack, so I decided to walk first to get my HR to normal after my meds) Treadmill--35 minutes, 1.69 miles, 29 minutes in zone, avg HR 130, 189 calories, 48% fat Total Body Sculpt Plus #6--45 minutes, 11 in zone, avg. HR 103, 126 calories, 53% fat Training With Tonya Pilatesculpt Total Body--30 minutes Kest Energize--50 minutes Sunday 8/17 Training With Tonya Kardio Kids Ball--30 minutes, 25 in zone, avg HR 124, 123 calories, 54% fat Training With Tonya Training For Teens Weights--30 minutes, 14 in zone, avg HR 119, 115 calories, 51% fat Rhythmic Step (without the step because of my knee)--45 minutes, 32 in zone, avg HR 116 , 187 calories, 55% fat Aerobic Conditioning Body Waves Aerobics with LeMay--20 minutes, 10 in zone, avg HR 113, 60 calories, 56% fat Aerobic Conditioning 2nd one with LeMay--20 minutes, 10 in zone, avg HR 112, 78 caloreis, 56% fat Kest Tone--50 minutes Monday 8/18 Cathe Slow & Heavy Legs & Shoulders--45 minutes Didn't wear HRM Tuesday 8/19 Cathe Step Blast (without the step)--45 minutes, 40 minutes in zone, avg HR 118, 191 calories, 57% fat Wednesday 8/20 Cathe Slow & Heavy Chest, Back, and Abs--45 minutes Didn't wear HRM Thursday 8/21 Caribbean Workout Calypso--20 minutes Didn't wear HRM Cathe Lo Max (without step)--45 mintues, 38 in zone, avg HR 115, 179 calories, 58% fat Friday 8/22 rest Saturday 8/23 Cathe Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps--45 minutes, 11 in zone, avg HR 104, 120 calories, 55% fat Caribbean Workout 3 Episodes (2 dance and 1 conditioning)--60 minutes, 45 in zone, avg HR 115, 244 calories, 56% fat Not sure what I'm going to do today.
