Tuesday's and Wednesday's workouts - short but good

Tuesday and Wednesday were hectic mornings to I did two different Giaim workouts from Comcast on Demand. On Tuesday I did a 20 minute Power Yoga workout with Rodney Yee which was quite nice although I had to do one extra set of right angle pose on my right side to even things up as the workout cut off after he did the left side.

Today I did Pilates for Weight Loss with Ana Caban which was quite challenging for a 20 minute workout.

I am hoping to do something longer tomorrow.
