Just in case you don't what I'm talking about http://www.30inahurryfitness.com/Freestyle.html Freestyle/Lower Body Solution came out quite a few years ago, the theory is in line with TheFIRM, the originator made two videos that were horrid then she split with her husband/co-founder and it was a big mess unfortunately.
