Guest guest
I'd love suggestions on how to stay on track on the weekends. For me personally, my weekends tend to be chill out times...especially in the winter. Guest guest
I set the timer on the oven or microwave. The timer on my oven will keep " chiming " until I turn it off. It's a good reminder to get in the kitchen and eat my next meal! To: bodyforlifewomensclub2@...: mrykay1@...: Mon, 21 Jan 2008 20:34:03 +0000Subject: How was everyone's weekend?!
