I'd love suggestions on how to stay on track on the weekends. For me

personally, my weekends tend to be chill out times...especially in the

winter.

Subject: How was everyone's weekend?!

We were busy but i still kept on track... i tend to have more trouble

at home than here at work about eating... i use outlook here to tell

me when to eat til i get on a schedule and then on the weekends i get

all messed up if i oversleep or just get preoccupied with other things

and forget to eat :(

any suggestions? i thought about setting an alarm on my phone but it

runs the battery down faster than normal... and im not near my

computer much til the evenings...

sam.

I set the timer on the oven or microwave. The timer on my oven will keep

" chiming " until I turn it off. It's a good reminder to get in the kitchen and

eat my next meal!
