Guest guest Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 As usual, I'm just checkin in! lol Ok, so today at the gym this very handsome guy comes and stands next to me and I'm thinking hum is he going to stand here and watch me. Well he was looking at my BFL success journal that i had on the floor beside me and he told me that one of his friends lost 65 pounds on the program. He was used to seeing him big and when he saw him again he had shrunk. It's to the point now that I really do have to stick with the program because too many people in the gym know that I'm doing it so I have to represent! lol Gym was absolutely packed at 9am, I had to do the machines for my chest and shoulders because the dummbell area was packed. Anyway, I got it done which is the most important thing. Can those of you who started on the 31st believe we are in week 4! Don't give up, around week 7-8 one morning you will wake up and get out your tape measure. You'll wake up saying I'm tired of not seeing any progress maybe I'll just quit and when you measure yourself your eyes will get big as golf balls. You'll shake your head and say that can't be true I haven't lost that many inches overnight. Let me measure again and sure enough you're lost crazy inches and can go out and buy a size or 2 smaller!!
