Carolyn you are always so knwledgeable - thanx for the chaptering for CIO!

After MIU, what would you do next? I did watch Tear it Up and it scared me

though Donna found Tone it Up to be the killer.

I'm so sorry to hear about your pooey day :(. It sounds like you had to

overextend yourself for everyone but you and when you deal with potential

thieving mechanics a gesture of empathy from somewhere would be nice but you had

to be tough for everyone. HUGS!

Can you drop the kids off somewhere for a day and have some time alone?

yes, that is the right choice, imo. i see it as the 'easiest' one.

not that it is easy, but its not as hard as 'tear' (which is the

hardest, again imo)

these are great weights for an endurance workout! it will be

interesting to see you exceed debbie's weights in the slim series

you can break it into two sessions, if you want....

mini-cool it off !

1) Introduction

2) Warm Up (3:45)

3) Standing Stretches (17:20)

4) Seated (on chair) Hip Stretch (3:20)

5) Core Stabilization (6:05)

6) Lying Prone Stretches and Lower Back Work (9:45)

7) Lying Supine Stretches (9:45)

8) Seated Stretches (9:00)

9) Standing Stretches (2:00)
