Guest guest Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 We were busy but i still kept on track... i tend to have more trouble at home than here at work about eating... i use outlook here to tell me when to eat til i get on a schedule and then on the weekends i get all messed up if i oversleep or just get preoccupied with other things and forget to eat any suggestions? i thought about setting an alarm on my phone but it runs the battery down faster than normal... and im not near my computer much til the evenings... sam.
