Guest guest Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 Just in case anyone thinks you need equipment to do interval cardio, you definitely do not. After three weeks, I'm sick of the bike, so today I made up my own workout alternating marching in place (can't jog because of a foot injury), step ups onto a 14 inch box, burpees, jumping jacks, pretend jumpjope, and some shadow kickboxing. The time flew by, I worked up a good sweat, and it was FUN, unlike the biking which was getting old, old, old.
