Just in case anyone thinks you need equipment to do interval cardio,

you definitely do not. After three weeks, I'm sick of the bike, so

today I made up my own workout alternating marching in place (can't

jog because of a foot injury), step ups onto a 14 inch box, burpees,

jumping jacks, pretend jumpjope, and some shadow kickboxing. The time

flew by, I worked up a good sweat, and it was FUN, unlike the biking

which was getting old, old, old. As an added bonus, I have to travel

for work this week, and now I know I'm not dependent on the hotel gym.
