I don't know how many of you have had this - has it now...argh. Lots of kids around us have it. I'm hoping it passes sooner rather than later - it's been two days now of dry nappies and vomiting everything in sight.

I'm syringing water into him and he seems to be keeping it down - anyone recovered from it just wondering how long it took their kids to get better??

Thanks,

Darla

PS - does anyone know a trick to get vomit smell (acrid) out of a duvet without washing it or having it laundered? I've soaked the damaged part in oxy but it still stinks after it dried.

probiotics helped me get

through it, as I had it over the holidays. Of course you need to be

able to keep them down long enough to do some good.

I hit the kids with the probios early, and they never did get it as bad

as I. I was down for nearly 1 week. The kids just had no appetite for

3-4 days.

Have you got a steam cleaner - that certainly would help with the duvet
