Guest guest
I managed to do 13 with good form then collapsed trying the 14th. Thanks (Cheryl?) for the link that showed good form (elbows at 90 degree angle, that helped a lot, I thought I had to touch my chest to the ground!). I didn't think I'd be able to do that many, I was hoping for 7-10 because I haven't been doing them consistently in quite a while. This feat put me into the 3rd rank for my age group (I'm 41), just barely because that is 13-24 on the initial test and means I start in the 3rd column for the challenge. Oh my goodness. I was going to be just fine with a lower rank (I was thinking I'd be mid-range on the 2nd level). Now I'll have to work harder I guess but I suppose being able to do that much on the initial test means I can handle the 3rd column but I just looked at it and well, we'll see... that looks really intimidating (10, 12, 7, 7, max at least 9). I'll let you know how it goes Friday! I did get a workout in besides this too but don't have anymore time, will post it later, gotta run to work now!
