Now, you all know I'm doing this because I did work out today! :)

Ok, officially day 1 - had a great UB workout, and the best part it,

usually if I don't do it in the morning, it doesn't happen. Well, at

2:30 today, I said " no excuses " and did it.

Eating good so far -

(1)protein pancacke

(2) canned chicken w/FF mayo on WW bread

(3) protein shake with a pear

I really need to be accountable somehow, otherwise I can make excuses

and the day is gone. Hope you are all having a great BFL day!
