That's great that you're feeling the workout, ! I started a pushup challenge then never kept going with it (life interfered in my concentration). 21 pushups on toes with no breaks?! That is AWESOME!!! I can't even slightly imagine it being a piece of cake. Dani, as I recall, is the pushup queen around here so 21 might be a piece of cake for her. The most I ever got up to on toes was about 14 I think. I should do that again... hmmm...

Sounds like you had a really nice little workout tonight, good for you!!

Monday yoga & abs

Hi,

This evening a few of my muscles let me know about Kest and his Intensive Body Sculpt workout last night. I have a feeling I'm going to wake up tomorrow morning really feeling it.

Tonight I did 15 minutes of yoga from Yoga Fusion (power) and then did some pushups. I going to challenge myself this month and do as many pushups as I can. I'm not going to try and kill myself, just do as many as I feel like I can do with good form. I surprised myself and did 21 on my toes without any breaks. For some of you that's a piece of cake, but for me? It was great!

After that I did Body Max 2 abs and stretch. I haven't done this routine too many times...it was fun.

Off to relax.

Have a nice evening.

I did the same thing a while back. I think or someone was doing it too (where is ??) I did them, but I never felt like I could ever do any more so I said forget it. Pushups really are probably the best exercise you can do. I'm going to just see how many I can add on to the 21 each time. I'm not going to do 12 and then rest and then try 12 more. That ends up making me not really be able to do too many straight in a row. We'll see how it goes.

I do have a lot of yoga. I do because I try to do it every evening and it wouldn't be so fun to just have a couple to choose from everyday. Well, I at least get yoga in 3+ times a week.

's Power Yoga is pretty good. I find it to be pretty tough. I feel really worked by the end. She doesn't do head stands or anything like that, but all the sun salutations and standing stuff really wears me out.

As far as my favorites go, I would have to say MTV Yoga with is one of my favorites along with Crunch joy of yoga (for easier stretchy days), but my most favorite of all the ones I have are my Yoga For Happiness DVD's. I have 2 sets of those and they are awesome. You can do anything from easy to hard with his stuff.

Hi,

This evening I did Yoga For Your Mood (no time lower) and then did B & G ankle weight abs. This was a nice 40 minute workout.

We've had a beautiful day here today! Hope you have too. :)
