Guest guest Posted October 11, 2008 Report Share Posted October 11, 2008 evening all, about to turn in for night. i finished the 30 min workout for yoga wisdom for back pain and tight hips. one of my CIA freebies from the VHS giveaway. love the routine but find the instructor annoying. back is feeling much better my hips are in heaven right now. IF i had only did something last night my body might not have been so tight and maybe cardio sweatfest might not have been so hard to get through. tracey did alot of squatting so my hips were bound to get a little tight. was going to do hardcore kickbox circuit with janis and guillmero but i might go with something else tomorrow. maybe shape redefining as its not as intense but still gets the job done cardio/strength wise. have a great nightkassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
