Are they really similar to the Eating for Life? I was looking at one

online today and it looked really close. Just needed a little more

protien to make it even with the carbs it had. All was still really

low. Im tired of the recipies in the EFL book. Our grill broke or i

would be just fine. I need some more options.... Help!

I use a grill pan. I¹m a big baby so mine is a Le Cresuet but there are

other manufacturers...ok, I¹m a really big baby I have an All Clad too...but

still, nearly as good as a grill.
