Guest guest Posted December 15, 2008 Report Share Posted December 15, 2008 I've done the Jillian s beginner workout, which was fun. I also have the 30-Day shred which looks easy-peasy but is NOT. The Biggest Loser workouts are big on interval training/ total body workouts. I like that the workouts are customizable. Cut into segments, you can pick and choose what you want to do on a given day. I have the 1st 2, and the power sculpt. They've come out with a Yoga DVD and a Boot Camp DVD. I will probably buy those too, eventually. I was watching Biggest Loser and instead of getting my but off the couch i sat there and watched it like a lazy person all afternoon. I did do laundry and all but the snow outside and the howling wind made me want to just sit there under my blanket. My back is feeling better but im feeling bloated and more tired than ever....
