Guest guest
I don't think longer legs really make a difference. I notice every time I run a 5k that the fastest people are typically small! Weird. > let me guess. he has longer legs right? no fair. > > > > lol My husband and I watched some TV show, forgot what channel, where the > > contestants are put through a fitness test but the setting is in a > situation > > where their loved one needs their help i.e. so it's like an obstacle > course > > where they have to pull a dummy out of a car, drag the body to safety and > > run (I think it was a mile) to the nearest pay phone. Guest guest
He will be the type who when he *quits* smoking and drinking is sick for the f*irst* time in his entire life! I think it's the Discovery Channel, Dr. Pam Peeke's new show. She wrote the BFL-Women book. > I don't think longer legs really make a difference. Guest guest
I think I hit send on the last email without finishing it. But yes it was Pam Peeke's new show. I remember the name. LOL. I don't know if it's his legs, endurance or just his will to beat me but damn I was pissed! It was a week or so ago and I'm still bugged about it. I thought FOR SURE cardiovascularly I would kick his butt! Anyways, I know I, at least, eat better than he does and I exercise daily, he did it only for 1 night....that's what I tell myself anyway... :oD > > > lol My husband and I watched some TV show, forgot what channel, where > the > > > contestants are put through a fitness test but the setting is in a > > situation > > > where their loved one needs their help i.e. so it's like an obstacle > > course > > > where they have to pull a dummy out of a car, drag the body to safety > and > > > run (I think it was a mile) to the nearest pay phone.
