I don't think longer legs really make a difference. I notice every time I

run a 5k that the fastest people are typically small! Weird.

I think it's the Discovery Channel, Dr. Pam Peeke's new show. She wrote the

BFL-Women book.

I think I hit send on the last email without finishing it.  But yes it was Pam

Peeke's new show.  I remember the name. 

 

LOL.  I don't know if it's his legs, endurance or just his will to beat me but

damn I was pissed!  It was a week or so ago and I'm still bugged about it.  I

thought FOR SURE cardiovascularly I would kick his butt!  Anyways, I know I, at

least, eat better than he does and I exercise daily, he did it only for 1

night....that's what I tell myself anyway... :oD
