I think it's my turn as I don't feel too good- hope to avoid the

horror. H. is still not right so he's been at home with me. Today I've

taken 9x olive leaf extract caps and colloidal silver. What else should

I take to try and avoid/minimise this gastric bug? I have all the usual

supps. in the cupboard.
