I don't listen to music often anymore and am so rhythmically challenged that I'm concerned I won't be able to work out to anything I pick (the music will be way off with the moves). I should just try it anyway and see what happens though I guess. I do know what you mean, I am definitely more into workouts when I like the music. (open to suggestions, any websites with good workout music to suggest?) / P90 Cardio 1-2 , have you tried using your own music yet for Cardio 3-4? I'm telling ya, it makes a WORLD of difference in the workout! If you're moving to tunes you love to sing to you will muster up more enthusiasm for the movement.Hugs! ______________________3-4> has a bit of a dread factor for me, partly because it is longer but mostly> because it is more challenging for me.
