I workout for 60 - 75 minutes a day. I don't want to go longer than that, but I fear I will feel " the need " too after awhile...ugh.... Today I did a lighter workout (only walking) because I didn't space my workouts out like I wanted and because I played volleyball 2 hours tonight. How are you doing??? The stress I had leading up to my surgery was terrible then the long road to recovery. I'm sure by June 12th (one year after my surgery,) I will be a whole new person because 2008 is the year I'm dedicating to exercising, eating healthy and adopting a new healthy lifestyle.
