I just did Crunch Fat Burning Ab Attack. I feel nicely warmed up.

I'll take my bike to work today, although that usually totals out to

about 12 minutes round trip. I can't even speed up because traffic is

very heavy around here. All I'm saying is that this bike ride amounts

to a total of 50 cals round trip, so it's barely a warm up. The main

value is that it keeps my bike mojo going. :) It's fun.
