Guest guest
Hi Charlie had an app with Dr Fell last Friday and I was impressed - not least because it is the first app I have had with Charlie since he became autistic that has resulted in something been done! We are going to do a colonic transit test which involves Charlie taking capsules with plastic in over 3 days and then 3 days later having an x-ray done to see how long it takes to pass through his colon. Hopefully we can then get a colonoscopy and endoscopy. He also took blood for allergy and inflammation tests. He asked what treatment we were doing and I said I couldn't say other than diets and supplements and he just smiled! I had alot of problems getting the app ie the PCT refused but I found out that Chelsea and Westminster are a foundation trust on the extended choice network so the PCT are not allowed to refuse even though they do until you quote this! Hopefully this will help those of you trying to get an app. Peta
