I'm feeling much better today, so I had to modify to intensify the workout to get my HR up. It was nice, though. Those old Firms were well designed and loads of fun. I might dust off a few more of those in the coming weeks. I might hop on the elliptical later if I have time. We're having dinner at my place tonight. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
