Guest guest Posted August 14, 2008 Report Share Posted August 14, 2008 Hi, Thought I'd post this link here - it is to the "generic" version of the FIRM 90 Day Rotation that came out in 1999 (?) - it is updated to include the newer workouts in the classifications. I'm really thinking of following this rotation - I did it once before - I'm thinking 2002/2001 (?) and got good results. The key is to listen to your body and take extra rest days if you need to and/or to split up some of the double workout days so you don't kill yourself. I may start this in Sept/Oct - depending on how long I last on the Jari Love/Ripped Rotation that the Exercisevideos group does yearly. This year we decided to commit to two weeks for certain and those who wish to go the whole month can go ahead and finish. I'm kinda antsy about getting back into my FIRM collection (both new and old) I have quiet a few new ones that remain virgins and I really love doing the old ones.
