Guest guest Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 hi all - this week ive walked, biked, stretched, did housework and rested. no exercise videos! wahhh! i miss them so. i did get two good workouts though -- - on sunday i walked for 60 mins, then biked for 15 and stretched for 5... 488 cal burn, which surprised me. - monday was errands and housework... blah! - on tuesday i walked for 80 minutes and stretched for 15. 542 cals, whoo-hoo! - today (wed) i was not feeling well and had to rest, i was very stiff, sore and tired the walks that i did were definitely 'power' walks (even chinook seems tired at the end) but still, i was not expecting to feel them this much. i was feeling sore last week too, and that really messes up my workout schedule...ugh! i need to try harder to do upper body when the lower is sore, and vice versa, and do yoga when the whole body hurts. instead i shuffled around, moaning, all day, and didnt accomplish anything. well, i did get a long hot bubble bath with epsom salt, which did help. man, i just want to go to bed, but frankly i dislike our (fairly) new mattress... it seems so hard and i wake up all stiff of course dh loves it ::sigh:: :*carolyn.
