Chest – Flies & Bench Press 12/15/20 Back - Pullovers 15/20/25Back – Double Arm Row 15/20/25 Shoulders 3/5/7Triceps: Kickbacks 3/5/7 Overhead Press 12/15/20 Biceps 8/10/12 For some reason I can't seem to go up in weight on anything, especially the biceps, that one gets me every time. As many times as I've done this workout you would think I could increase in weight on something. Maybe if I done the workout every other day for a couple of months I could, I don't know. I do know that Cathe didn't start out going with 12/15/20 on the biceps. I love this routine because my entire upper body feels totally worked.
