My name is Dustie, I am a 30 year old mother to 3, the oldest being 11 (OMG, how did that happen? lol) and the youngest being 6 months. I have a lot of baby weight to lose. Actually, I can't blame it all on the baby, but the inches I can blame on my little guy. I have done BFL before with great success. I have also started and stopped several times in the past two years. My main problem with this is letting my family fend for themselves for even a short time and making me a priority. Well, this is a learning process. My goals for this first 12 week challenge are: 1. Be consistent with my workouts. I am worth the hour a day spent on making me healthy. 2. Use my free day as just that, ONE day only to splurge. I have a habit of letting my free days turn into free weeks, then I give up on myself. 3. Lose 3 inches off of my stomach. I am sick of the muffin top spilling out of my jeans. 4. Be forgiving if I fall off this horse. But not too forgiving. I need to be able to get right back on. 5.
