I couldn't believe it was cheaper to buy them online VS at the store (full price), so I decided to patiently wait for the delivery. I'm looking forward to reading the book and starting the program. This list is giving me some ideas of what I will have to think about, so it's great. Are you serious? After 12 weeks you can go from a 14/16 to a 10? You are making me think the program will be too restrictive or strenuous for a newbie. I'd love to have those results in 12 weeks.
