A workout!

I got up early this morning and snuck down stairs for a workout :) I chose Amplify Your Strength from Within by Spreen. I didn't want to do any hard cardio or any hard strength training, so I thought this one would fit the bill, and it did. It was an hour long and not too strenuous, but yet I felt worked. My HRM wasn't getting a reading a couple of times because I had the band on that's a tad too big for me. Anyway, my stats were:

416 calories159 max116 averageMy week (nearly) of no exercise actually came at a very good time for a couple of reasons. I was due for a recovery week and my back was minorly injured. So, I guess I got lucky as to when Bryar got sick and being forced to not exercise for a bit :) I will take another week or two off kettlebells though. The workouts are very intense, and I want to make sure my back is all up to par before resuming. It has felt a lot better the past couple of days. :)
