morning all,i wrote down karen voight weights for this morning but i have 2 workouts i could have went with on this. sleek physique and ultimate circuit training. i went with circuit training using the step. the dvd is actually a combination of 2 releases one i believe was just title circuit training and the other was BLT(butt legs and tummy) on the ball. the premix i did for strength only was just the step portions. it starts with the heavy weight circuit using 5-10lbs. i used 10s and that worked well with the moves. she combines movements or just moves and quicker pace with non-stop sets then moves on. that kind of wore me out without doing to much. the second was light weights using 2-5lbs. i used 5lbs and although i didn't get much in the arms my shoulders got worked along with some light leg work. next was abs on the incline step which was super

hard esp. by the time we got to the reverse crunches. had to stop just before the end of the set b/c i was worn the heck out and shaking. finally was legs on the step. it was mostly prone position leg lifts for the buns. it doesn't take much when you do it right to really fry your tush. again non-stop sets until you are done with the exercise. i have had this dvd for what seems like forever. i found it at best buy for like 9.99 i think it was. great premix options as well as the a' la carte to pick at choose chapters or you can choose the two workouts as they were produced. the combinations are very great with this dvd. cardio, strength, and a little balance work. makes a for a complete rotation. i do enjoy karen's combination dvds, i also have her pilates dvd with matwork and circle work as well as the yoga/sculpt dvd with core essentials and yoga sculpt.well its like friday for me(except its not payday LOL) so i should get my butt in

gear and shower up. have a great onekassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will
