I was planning to do Cathe's MIS today, but after sleeping in too late and much screwing around, I ran out of time while I was frantically finishing up and submitting my online homework before I had to get to another class tonight. Bad me! I was *this close* to skipping my workout, but didn't want to have to admit that again, lol. So, I hopped on the elliptical for 30 min, and pushed really, really hard during my intervals. It was actually a pretty good workout! A bit short of my desired 45 min, but a lot better than nothin'. After putting up my hair, I took the world's fastest shower, ate a PB & J, let the dogs out, and made it to class with 5 minutes to spare, heh. But, since that Tae Bo on Monday was more of a circuit anyway, I guess doing cardio today worked out okay. I will do MIS tomorrow, cardio on Thurs (prob tmill) and MM on Fri.
