Guest guest Posted November 22, 2008 Report Share Posted November 22, 2008 Hi everyone, I am new to the board. I tried BFL about 9 months ago for 5 weeks. I had some success and some failures. One of the biggest changes for me was that I quit having sinus problems. I was also able to loose a few pounds in the 5 weeks (I never weighed just went by how my clothes fit). The problem was that after 5 weeks I had my period again and after it was done, I woke up one morning fatter than when I started. I was so bumbed after that, that I quit trying. It wasn't water weight either. I usually have water weight before my period not after. I'm going to try again but would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on what I could try differently this time. Has anyone else had anything like that happen.
