Guest guest
Best bet would be to just change your registration on the gmail acct you use for this as just sheila d or some variant of that. I found a picture of my house on google maps this week, so anonymity is best because you never know what will show up. > Hey I googled my name and I got posts from this group. Guest guest
Its because its my e-mail address. And it lists the whole e-mail address. So spammers can have a field day. But also, I thought that yahoo accounts were more private. Great, my stalker will have more information on me. > Best bet would be to just change your registration on the gmail acct you > use > for this as just sheila d or some variant of that. Guest guest
This is a public group. Anyone, including search engines, can see the messages. You have to be a member to see the photos but anyone can join. There is an account setting where you can hide your e-mail address. We've had very few problems over the years but, for everybody, it's not a bad idea to use a separate e-mail for public message boards, not share your full name, and not include your phone number or business address in your signature. And of course you can crop, blur, or black out your face in progress photos if you want to keep your bikini shots annonymous. You might be able to delete the messages you don't want coming up in search results. Or if you don't see a delete option, I can get them for you. > Hey I googled my name and I got posts from this group. Guest guest
, I'd be interested in knowing how to delete posts. I changed my yahoo profile a while ago so my name doesn't come up anymore, but a 2 year old post is still google-able. I'm starting a new business so it's kind of embarrassing to have business contacts be able to read my BFL posts. : ) Best Regards, beth
