Guest guest Posted August 4, 2008 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 hey! im on a mini-roll ! in honour of the start of august, i did a video workout on sunday and another this morning (monday). on sunday morning i did TLT: strength in movement, starring jen carman (produced by tracie long - both from the old FIRM workouts). i thought this was a good workout... unique and interesting. i rate it low advanced, although there is a modifier shown for most things. both donna and michelle find the TLT workouts to be on the easy side for them (please correct me if im wrong, ladies!) and i can see why, but personally i liked this one. the workouts is around 50 mins long, but i took me 60 mins because i had to catch my breath a few times and get drinks of water. jen uses a weighted ball and a couple pairs of dumbells for this cardio+sculpt workout. it is so nice to have a workout that i can use my weighted ball(s) with! jen cued very well, as is usual. lots of functional work and balance challenges. alternating segments of weighted and aerobic work. recommended for functional fitness and those that want to do something different. :*carolyn.
