Guest guest
Jen's exercise for Thursday 1/10/08 Today I rode my Airdyne bike twice (2 minutes each) for a total of 4 minutes (I'm building up my endurance slowly.) I walked for 30 minutes on my treadmill - 2002 Self Challenge Week 2 Workout 3 I also did Results Only Treadmill Conditioning workout for 43 minutes (I will review this videotape in a later post.) That's all I did today but it was enough because GUESS WHAT? I got a new interpreting job, interpreting an Anatomy & Physiology 1 class on Tuesdays and Thursdays so now my brain and body are FRIED! Guest guest
It's a workout video that you do on the treadmill - you can run, walk or jog while doing it. Bobby instructs you on what to do. Jen pinkpussycat@... wrote: Jen you are doing so great! Can't wart to hear about the treadmill workout!
