Its like an adverse effect psych moment that just maybe you wont eat

that again because it upset your stomach last time ;-) There's alot of

stuff I used to eat (that just doesnt taste as good as it did either)

that I shun because of the squeazy side effects on my stomach - cant

handle the grease content - its like the liver saying hey! what the @#!

all week you feed me well and now this garbage! ;-) So take it easy

and detour to other choices!

Good Morning! Congratulations on your weight loss! I'm on week 12 and

I'm in a perfect 14 from a 14/16. I didn't start eating 100% until

week 8 and I'm down over 8 pounds in 4 weeks. So my next challenge

will definitely be wonderful. I've never taken a cheat day. I take

cheat meals. Maybe one on Saturday and one on Sunday. My goal is to

end this challenge on Sunday with a 10 pound lost so I may have to

sacrifice my cheat meals this weekend. However, they sure do help me a

lot. I guess cheat day or cheat meal depends on if a binge is going to

cause you to totally go off track.

I love my free days. It really helps during the week when I think " I want

french fries " to know that I can have them on Friday!

I do wonder if I had an alcoholic beverage if it would knock me off track

though.... So I won't have one for the remainder of my challenge!

I am starting to see changes to my body! And I feel really good.

Did my cardio first thing this morning for the first time. It nearly killed

me - I thought I was going to cry - but I did it, and it was my personal

best!
