I'm now 62 at end of this month, have been doing HIIT regularly and intermittent BFL weights, and also good BFL food, but don't seem to get anywhere, muscles or weight loss. Which do you advise me to get??????? Probably I imagine I'll do the whole beginner, and then move on to the intermediate, unless I find the beginner too easy. I do lift some pretty heavy weights with BFL, but mostly reach 9 or 9.5 not 10 intensity. (quad push 210#, deadlift 35#, ...). My concern is 1. I don't want to hurt myself 2. I don't want to buy more than I'll need; I just want a lean strong body, don't need six-pack abs, etc. 3. I want to get enough for the complete beginner and intermediate, but don't need the advanced 4.
