Everyone here must be sick of hearing it and yet I am here with another question (sorry). I figured out the supersets and all that (I think so anyway). My question is about the reps. For example it says 2x10 or 2x12, etc. after each of the exercises. Now the way I figured out the rest of it I do a1 and a2 break b1 and b2 break c1 and c2 break (from the a or b workout)...all of this after my cardio. Am I close and if so, how does the 2x# work? Do I do all of 3 sets and that's it? I must say that I am really sore after my first workout (without looking I did the advanced cardio and it almost killed me), so I want to make sure that I am doing this right and able to stay on track with this.
