I did this workout yesterday, and wow can I feel DOMS in my shouders today. didn't realize I worked them that hard.... Anyway, it was a good workout. I haven't done that one in awhile. I do like the cardio bursts in there. I love cardio like that, short and drill-like. I did a set of tricep dips and oerhead extensions though because I didn't feel anything with the tricep exercse she did. I was struggling with my lower body on that one. Normally, I'm not a big fan of compound moves, but I do like this workout. I am anxious to see what her new DVDs will be like. Oh, I burned 653 calories with my average being 133. I was surprised at the burn since it's emphasis is on strength training... pleasantly surprised...

I'm thrilled to report that it's 5:20 a.m. and all boys slept fine last night and didn't wake up due to being sick. So, as long as they wake up okay this morning we get to go to my Aunt's today.. I look forward to it. However, I need to get off the computer and make my salads and then go exercise to maybe help a tad with the million calories I will be consuming..
