My bad week

Ok so here is my holiday story titled: Rudolph the Deadly Reindeer

<smile>.

So on Tuesday I accidently hit the garage door button instead of the

automatic van door. Didn't realize this and hit the garage door breaking

it. Well low and behold they have discontinued the panels that match our

door so we must replace for the tune of $1,000 (Merry Christmas to us we

won't be buying gifts except for the kids). I was doing well convincing

myself at least I didn't hurt or kill a child or dog so I felt blessed.

Now comes Wednesday and I step down into our living room not seeing the

naughty reindeer that my 5 year old son left on the floor. Well I hit it

with my foot

taking a fall and spraining my ankle. Ok not finding too much to be

thankful for in this event I finally came up with at least I had done a

lower body workout that morning so I was good on that front for a week!

As for Rudolph the Deadly Reindeer he has a new home and has been

permantly banned to my son's bedroom <LOL>.

Now I really got to watch what I eat as I'm not going to be able to do

much cardio at

least yet hoping by the end of the weekend to be able to at least cycle.
