Guest guest
Hey Sheila! My goal is to NOT drink alcohol in December...except Christmas and/or New Year's Eve. I have really cleaned up that area of my life, and it sure makes a difference. But I did have some fun in November, and it's time to clean it up. I could continue with maintaining through the end of the year, but I'm eager to make that final push. It'll be tough with holiday parties, but I'm thinking if I stay focused, it will domino into all areas...and I can stay out of the cheesecake too. :-D > Thats me hoping I don't end up with a bowl full of jelly! > > I survived Thanksgiving and its aftermath and I'm pushing on to Christmas. > I > have a goal of working out every day this month to help keep me focused. > > -- > Sheila > >
Guest guest
Ah, yes. I was just wisecracking in the blog about wanting to eat whole gingerbread neighborhoods. :-D http://skwigg.tripod.com/blog/ I'm doing GREAT but the challenge mindset really messes with me this time of year. > Thats me hoping I don't end up with a bowl full of jelly! > > I survived Thanksgiving and its aftermath and I'm pushing on to Christmas. > I > have a goal of working out every day this month to help keep me focused. > > > > -- > Sheila >
Guest guest
I bought a white bikini. ouch. I am taking a picture of myself in it at the end of this month. My goal is to wear it in Hawaii in March and not scare people. That should keep me out of the pie and into the oatmeal. Its easier to get up and hit the gym when I think of laying on the beach. (It got me through the first 3 months and if it gets me through the next three it will be a year of being have! Guest guest
Skwigg - I have naturally curly hair too - and lots of it. I've been struggling lately with what products to use.... I ran into your blog on the curly hair - thanks for the great web site! I can't wait to read up on it and maybe come up with some new products/ways of doing my hair.....
