Guest guest
I have finished 11 weeks and have not lost the weight I had hoped for BUT I stood naked in front of the mirror and flexed I was shocked! My delts upper traps and biceps were so defined! Does anyone know if this is how it works for those of us wo have 50 lbs or so to lose? My legs and butt are stronger but there is still too much flab on them to see any definition. Well, just wanted to put this out there and see if anyone else has had similar results. I have always built muscle easily and am a bit concerned because I dont want to look like I am on steroids but I dont want to stop this program niki
Guest guest
I put on muscle easily and lose weight slowly. I was feeling like that a few months back. I was worried id be the female Arnold. Instead I woke up one day and none of my clothes fit. All too big. I have only lost about 20 pounds on BFl Since March but from size 22 " 24 to 12 " 14. and i am starting to look delicate not bulky. I think my body just built the muscle first and is now shedding layers of fat. > I have finished 11 weeks and have not lost the weight I had hoped for > BUT I stood naked in front of the mirror and flexed I was shocked!
