Tuesday's workout

Yesterday was just a quick lower body sculpt workout with Gilad on Discovery Health. Today I was a little better. I did Sansone's Fast Two Miles which was a nice sweaty workout in 35 minutes. I love the jogging intervals which really get that heart rate up. I am still sore from Sunday's yoga so I know I am definitely deficient in my flexibility. Tomorrow is strength training and hopefully more yoga on Thursday. Off to a two hour meeting! I hate meetings!
