Guest guest Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 Well I started off with Carribean Workout Hi-Lo #2 and I did NOT like this one! 's cueing was off, and the the camera man would at times show only her upper body and I'm someone who really needs to be able to see what the feet are doing. There was a lot of high impact and my feet were starting to contest.I huffed in frustration and then stopped:Wait a minute! I have all my Turbo Kick music on my laptop! Problem solved. I did Round 15 all the way through the Recovery, got a super sweat, and had tons of fun! I stretched with what I think is a virgin practice for me on Yoga Complete for Everybody, "Shoulders, Arms, Wrists and Hands" it's about a half hour long. The finger and hand exercises are WONDERFUL! I need to remember to do these at work every day when I do a lot of work at the computer! The hard part was doing tricep pushup variants while in table pose, and also the moving dolphin pose.
