Okay, I just got done doing this workout. Wow. It was very different. It made me feel very incompetent, however, with all of the stretching segments in there, I didn't feel it was too taxing on my body either... Just some of the sets felt like they were going to last forever. A much different way to train than what I am used to. I am thinking about doing this one and Squeeze stronger on a weekly basis. I really would like more endurance..I know it would shock my body. UGH... this workout made me feel so weak! :(

The plus-side to hurting my back is I do different workouts than my traditional routine... I really wish there were more days in a week..LOL.. I think I am going to sit down today and come up with a different generic rotation.

It' freezing cold tody. It's like -3 out, and with windchill, it' -25 out. Poor Sawyer, wish he didn't have to go to school! Darcy
